It's a slight salad! Quinoa, chopped cucumbers, sweet potato and a green sauce! The cucumbers were super fresh with a light sesame? vinaigrette. The Mother Earth! If you're looking for a healthy tasty and fulfilling meal I would say this is it. Not saying theyre bad but just a personal preference. I would probably say I prefer this mac n cheese over Leroy and Fox and the eagle. The GF Mac n cheese was also very pleasant! Super light and tasty. The char on it added a much needed burnt taste to level out the sweetness! 10/10. The chicken breast was super tender and very well cooked! The glazed sweet potatoes were awesome.

Omg it was really good!!! You know how sometimes chicken breast is tough and dry? Nah uh. We got the Mother Earth bowl and the Chicken entree with red Chile glazed sweet potatoes and the GF Mac and cheese. The workers were casually dressed and super friendly. It was a healthy light feel of the atmosphere for me. On the inside, the vibe was very simple, sunshine, self preservation type feel. Socially distanced tables are set to ensure safety. They have a beautiful patio that allows our furry little friends.

A shame when raw sashimi had more flavor than this cut of fish. Yes that's hot sauce on my salmon it's that's bland. I want my $43 back that's how upset I am driving from Matthews to try this restaurant and spitting out my food in one bite. What did everyone else eat that made it so great ? Have you ever paid for salmon where your entree cost twice as much as the kids but it's the same portion size? Where ? Wait. Please stop giving stars to places just Bc they serve fresh veggies, if it's not done right, it's just not worthy of the high ratings. The salmon is dry and seriously overpriced, the gluten free Mac and cheese tasted like it had NO CHEESE or any spices. As a matter of fact everything was just not edible. The asparagus seriously over cooked and the flavor was so nasty I couldn't eat it. The roasted Brussel sprouts were either burnt or undercooked. I LOVE a healthy meal option but this by far has to be the most disappointing experience I've had for veggies and salmon in awhile.
